Returns
Items in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. The return window for most items sold on www.SacredWhisper.store begins once the order has been invoiced. Invoicing happens when any part of the order is shipped or delivered. Some items have a modified return policy noted on the packing slip or receipt (refund exceptions) or in the product description. Items that have been used in any way (worn, laundered, etc.), in the same condition you received it, or damaged (with the exception of manufacturer defects excluding color variations) may be denied a refund or exchange. Items not meeting these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please get in touch with us at customerservice@sacredwhisper.com. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us immediately at customerservice@sacredwhisper.com with details and photos of the product. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
Final Sale Items
Please note that certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This information will be clearly stated on the product page.

Crafted On Demand
Each item you order is crafted on demand from our fulfillment center. Typically, orders are ready to ship within 1-2 weeks. Please be aware that shipping durations may fluctuate based on seasonal demands. Once your order departs our fulfillment center, Sacred Whisper, Godly Reminders cannot oversee specific delivery timelines via the postal service. We recommend reviewing estimated delivery times before finalizing your purchase.
When you order with Sacred Whisper, Godly Reminders, understand that cancellations are NOT feasible as the item begins production immediately upon order confirmation. Your understanding and cooperation are deeply appreciated.
Please be advised that colors might appear slightly different in person due to varying computer monitors and screen displays. Returns related to color differentiation will not be accepted.
